FAQ

What are your delivery options?

 

Delivery options include:

  • Standard delivery

  • Next-day delivery

  • Click and collect

  • Nominated delivery

We use a wide range of couriers that is best suited for your delivery process. All UK orders are fully tracked and a link will be sent to your emails once your parcel has been shipped from the warehouse. 

 

What is your return policy? 

 

Sometimes items do not fit or just does not feel right. As long as the item is in original condition, with no faults, we will accept returns for free.

If you return an item and request a refund, that will be within 28 days of the item being collected or delivered. 

However we aim to do it within 14 days.

We do not accept returns on: 

  • Underwear and swim wear.

  • Face and body items.

  • Jewellery. 

 

Furthermore when the item is returned to us and is in poor or damaged condition. We will not be able to give you a refund and may have to send it back to you. 

How can I contact your couriers?
 

Track your order is easy. All you need to do is log into 'My account' and select the order you wish to track. Delivery dates are aways an estimate as anything can happen within those days however if it has been more than 30 days then contact us by our email. 

 

TRACKING RETURNS:

 

You will track your return through your own shipping number which will be found in your email you would of received when you returned such item. It would of contained a QR code or barcode. 

 
I have received a faulty item:
 

We apologise for your faulty item. 

We suggest a return happen as soon as you receive it to get this sorted for you. When returning remember to select 'faulty' when asked what the reason for return is. If you are unable to return please get in contact via email.
